1Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and Conscious Innovation Lab OÜ, operating as MyPalmLeaf ("MyPalmLeaf," "we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the website www.mypalmleaf.com and any other related media forms, channels, mobile websites, or applications (collectively, the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
MyPalmLeaf is registered in Estonia, with its registered office at Tööstuse tn 48, 10416 Tallinn, Estonia.
2Supplemental Terms
Supplemental terms and conditions or documents may be posted on the Site and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
Continued use of the Site after any updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
3Legal Compliance
The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Users accessing the Site from outside Estonia must ensure compliance with applicable local laws. MyPalmLeaf cannot be held responsible for use of the Site in jurisdictions where its content or functionality may violate local regulations.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or exploitation of the Content is strictly prohibited. Third-party content is subject to its respective license terms, which remain the responsibility of the third party.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our products and services. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free. Products and services are subject to availability, and prices are subject to change without notice. All payments are processed securely, and details about accepted payment methods can be found on the Site.
8Refunds and Returns
All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.
The services provided by MyPalmLeaf are highly personalized and tailored to each individual based on their unique thumbprint. By submitting your thumbprint, you acknowledge and agree that the service provided is customized specifically for you.
In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, personalized services are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal. Therefore, once the thumbprint has been sent and the personalization process has commenced, refunds or cancellations are no longer possible.
9Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unauthorized commercial purposes.
- Distribute malicious software, such as viruses or malware.
- Interfere with the Site’s security features.
- Harvest or scrape user data from the Site without permission.
- Engage in activities that harm the functionality or reputation of the Site.
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or legal action. We reserve the right to monitor activities on the Site to detect and prevent prohibited activities.
10User-Generated Contributions
If the Site allows for user-generated content ("Contributions"), you agree that:

11Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration conducted under the rules of the European Court of Arbitration. The arbitration seat will be in Tallinn, Estonia, and proceedings will be conducted in English. Each party will bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
Exceptions
12Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, MyPalmLeaf and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services.
This limitation does not apply to liability for fraud, personal injury, or gross negligence where such exclusions are prohibited by law.
13Modifications and Interruptions
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or its services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any interruptions or errors, including those caused by external factors beyond our control. Users are responsible for backing up their own data where applicable.
14Specific Terms for Readings and Remedies
MyPalmLeaf acts solely as a facilitator, connecting clients with experienced palm leaf readers in India. We are not responsible for the content, interpretation, or outcomes of the readings.
Predictions provided in the readings are not guarantees and should be considered as guidance rather than certainties. Clients bear full responsibility for their own lives, decisions, and actions, regardless of the information received during a reading.
Remedies suggested during the readings are recommendations offered in good faith. While rooted in tradition, these remedies do not constitute promises of physical, emotional, or spiritual healing.
15Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a resident of the European Union, you may also benefit from the consumer protection laws in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights granted under EU consumer protection regulations.
